Workshops and Events
Above everything else, our aim is to forge a supportive and nurturing community where writers and artists will be able to both directly connect with those who share an interest in their craft, as well as receive valuable and constructive critiques on their work.
In the spirit of this, we hold workshops regularly. We strongly encourage you to join us and to stop by our various events throughout the academic year.
Spring Prose and Poetry Workshop
Time: 1-3pm, May 15th, 2010
Location: TBA
An excellent opportunity to have other writers critique and comment on your work, especially if you're considering submitting that work to Nameless! You may workshop either one work of fiction (no more than 10 to 15 pages) OR one to three poems (no more than 5 pages total). Please bring at least two copies of your work. We hope to see you there!
Expression Redefined
Time: 6:30pm-9:30pm, May 18th, 2010
Location: Griffin Lounge
Expression Redefined is designed to showcase the talents of writers, poets, visual artists, musicians, comedians, film makers, and all other individuals who express themselves through an art form. The aim is to provide a night during which people of different interests can come together and share their minds and voices with one another, with the hope that these interactions will continue outside the event.
